EVERYBODY IN THE POOL WITH MOTOWINCH!
You may have noticed some extra epic content coming from our feed lately since Motowinch has been in the pool again. The wave pool, that is. That’s because magic happens when you put Motowinch into a wave pool.
Because the remote-control feature of the Motowinch Smart Handle works on radio waves like an RC controller, the Motowinch rider can take control of their ride on the wave and make the most of it instead of just going along for the ride.
This all happened a couple of weeks ago when Shane Beschen with Revel Surf in Mesa, Arizona, which recently opened, invited radio wave rippers Josh Sleigh, John Akerman, Austin Keen, and Blair Conklin to show off their skills in the pool with his talented son, Noah Beschen
The boys did not disappoint and what happened was exactly what Shane thought. When Motowinch showed up, it turned into an AIR SHOW.
And speaking of sport progression, John was the first (that we know about) to strap Motowinch to the back of his Nautique G23 where the result was something outrageous. John is known for his creativity and for always trying something new.
The team arrived a day before to scope out the set-up. They decided to get technical about it and ended up manufacturing a few frames for the winches to sit in, at just the right angle in order to attack the wave in just the right spot.
