Payment Information

Orders placed from the U.S. and Canada are directly shipped from the Motowinch warehouse in Washington, U.S.A. Customers from other countries should contact info@motowinch.com for more details about their orders. Payment terms include an option for advanced pre-orders through partial payment plans, adhering to the same terms as regular purchases. The "as low as" pricing structure is calculated based on a maximum installment period of 12 months, not including shipping costs and potential additional taxes. The final invoice for payment is issued upon delivery, and the order is shipped once full payment is confirmed.


Warranty Coverage

Motowinch offers robust warranty options to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Battery: Two years or up to 300 charge cycles, guaranteeing at least 75% charge retention.
  • Electronics: Two years.
  • Hard Parts: Three years against workmanship defects or material flaws. To activate these warranties, products must be officially registered with Motowinch.

Return and Refund Policy

Customers enjoy a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact info@motowinch.com for approval and shipping instructions. Note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Following the inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed if the return is approved, with the amount credited back to the original payment method.


Shipping Details

Shipping within USA and Canada is fixed at $150.00 per order. Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and immediately report any defects, damages, or discrepancies.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. For concerns regarding specific items, please contact Motowinch directly.


Exchanges and Damages

For exchanges, customers are advised to return the item first and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. Immediate contact is necessary if the received item is defective or damaged, to allow for prompt resolution.
