Payment terms include an option for advanced pre-orders through partial payment plans, adhering to the same terms as regular purchases. The "as low as" pricing structure is calculated based on a maximum installment period of 12 months, not including shipping costs and potential additional taxes. The final invoice for payment is issued upon delivery, and the order is shipped once full payment is confirmed.   #### **Warranty Coverage** Motowinch offers robust warranty options to ensure customer satisfaction: - Battery: Two years or up to 300 charge cycles, guaranteeing at least 75% charge retention. - Electronics: Two years. - Hard Parts: Three years against workmanship defects or material flaws. To activate these warranties, products must be officially registered with Motowinch. #### **Return and Refund Policy** Customers enjoy a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
