The Team at Motowinch

• Motowinch is led by our founder, Joey Jones, who visualized how winches would change action sports if the rider had control of the winch speed and operation. Joey is always available to talk about Motowinch.

• Chief Financial Officer,  Tim Rahn oversees Motowinch business finances and investments. Tim focuses on overseeing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, risk and compliance, and capital allocation to support strategy and profitable growth.

• Chief Executive Officer & Director of Engineering, Josh Baltaxe brought Joey’s dream to life with patented RC technology and his technical expertise. Josh leads the company’s direction and operations while directing engineering strategy, architecture, and execution to deliver scalable, high-quality products.

• Product Strategy and Customer Service is led by Andrea Copeland. Andrea is available for any customer related questions or content collaborations.
• Director of Marketing and Sales, Kareem Ghaine leads the Sales and Marketing initiatives worldwide. Kareem is available for enterprise and B2C sales inquiries and all things Marketing.
